Browsing build artifacts - EMPTY

Browsing build artifacts shows no files (displays "Empty") - when i click "Download artifact archive" it works and the zip is downloaded and includes the artifacts.

also there should be a note that we have to upgrade the runner before we can use the artifact feature again - on runners below 1.0 the builds failed with 500 error during artifact upload.
