Where is the "Project name" field on the Project creation and Group creation?

In the current version of the Gitlab CE (gitlab_7.8.0-omnibus-1_amd64), i do not have the option to correctly name my project, the field "Project name" is no longer available. How do i enable this field? It is some configuration or removed purposely (bad freature)?
