Git Wiki Page Creation Crashes

[Preconditions]

1. Move to create new Wiki Page
2. Set an header which contains . (dot) sign on the header part
3. Add body content
4. Click on the "Create Page" Button

[Actual Result]

1. Page Creation Fails and Wiki Page is Created.
2. After clicking on the wiki page link, it is seen that system cannot show the page, user cannot add content on that page and useer cannot delete the page.

[Expected Result]

1. User either shouldn't be able to create new page with such header or creation shouldn't be failed.

• If the header is created by the system, at least, user should be able to delete the header.
