Create shared developer account in Figma
Figma only allows 1 developer to publish plugins. Currently, for historical reasons, this is @cdybenko (see #71 (comment 736017112)).
The implication of this is that developers can't publish releases to the plugin on-demand.
We should create a shared email (as suggested by @tauriedavis https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-figma-plugin/-/issues/70#note_479694544) that can be used for Figma plugin development.
This issue is to track the progress of this effort.
Steps:
- [ ] Create shared Gmail account (for example, Using plugin-figma@gitlab.com
).integrations@gitlab.com
Google group
- [ ] Save in 1password
-
Create a Figma account using this shared email address. -
Save in 1password
-
-
Give the Figma account an Admin seat in Figma. -
Transfer ownership of the GitLab Figma plugin to the shared Figma account. -
Remove tquirk@gitlab.com
(@tomquirk) as an Admin user of Figma.
