Geo: Enable Object storage replication for Geo deployments

Currently this is not possible in GET due to the option only being available in the UI. We have an open issue to enable other methods for enabling this. Once resolved we will need to add this into GET to enable the feature as part of our gitlab-geo playbook.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
