Add official support for Debian OS

In our organisation the server OS of choice is Debian. I have tested the GitLab Environment Toolkit on AWS with a Debian 11 AMI which seems to work out-of-the-box. However, as no official support has been declared, we are a bit hesitant on using Debian.

Do you know if there are any plans to support Debian as well in the foreseeable future?
