Update Documentation to Clarify GCP OS Login Steps
In the current GitLab Environment Toolkit documentation, there is no explicit step on how to enable GCP's OS Login.
These steps were also already listed in external links, such as the blog post by Alex Dzyoba, but it will be helpful to make them more visible by including them directly in the GET documentation itself.
