Move to `gitlab-org/gitlab-environment-toolkit`
Considering the “GitLab Environment Toolkit” is not just a “quality” tool anymore, but have slowly been promoted as a way to deploy and manage GitLab instances, can we move it to gitlab-org/gitlab-environment-toolkit to make it easier to be discovered?
Deciding on relocating this would be necessary if we consider publishing Docker images as per previous discussion: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/gitlab-environment-toolkit/-/merge_requests/294#note_696322980
