Provide more details on indexing failures

Background

The indexer provides additional information if an entity is too large during indexing. Other indexing errors are not reported in detail - only a message is logged that says bulk request failed. All other errors would need to be looked up in the search server logs (Elasticsearch or Open Search)

Proposal

Provide additional error details (status code and/or error message) in the log from the response in all other error cases in the afterCallback method in elastic/client.go
