[EE] QA: Log page actions

What does this MR do?

EE port of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/22084. Added to resolve ee_compat_check failures e.g., https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/-/jobs/104322070. There aren't any differences, just merge conflicts.
