Add note about HTTP/2 causing issues with Kerberos and Chrome browser

A customer indicates that disabling HTTP/2 allowed them to sign in with Kerberos in Chrome browser (on Windows <-- not sure if that's significant or not). Given the difficult nature of debugging such a problem I thought we should add to the docs.
