EE Port: Improve Keyboard shortcut help screen

What does this MR do?

This is the EE Port of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/31642

It was required due to the gitlab.pot changes failing the ee_compat test, so I regenerated it in EE for this MR.
