Filter DependencyList by package_manager

What does this MR do?

Add filtering option by package_manger for DependencyListService. To be able to perform such filtering, we should add this field during parsing of the report.

This change is needed for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/10078
