Docs feedback: Audit logs are only for Premium installations

In the list of GitLab features, Audit logs is listed as premium/ultimate, but inside the documentation linked above, it says most of it is accessible for Starter installs and above.

We currently have a Starter license, and we don't have access to that feature...
