Flatten or remove header in operations dashboard

Problem to solve

Visiting the operations dashboard, there's unneeded repetition about what you're looking at at the top:

I'm not sure either of these are needed, but definitely we don't need both. A nice use case for the ops dashboard is to put it up on a TV or shared space, so this kind of duplication just uses real estate that could otherwise go to showing status.

Searchbar copy should stay as is: "Search your projects"
