Upperbound for group security dashboard charts
When looking at the group level security dashboard (e.g., https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-examples/security/-/security/dashboard), the verticale scale has the highest value set to the highest value from data.
This creates a weird behavior:
We should use some higher value to make an upperbound that leaves some free space at the top of the graph.
Design
We should go with an upperbound margin of 5% to allow free space at the top of the graph. We should also use minInterval: 1
to make sure the axis labels are always a whole number and this also allows the auto computation of intervals.
