Direct link to download artifacts from Gitlab maven repository

Problem to solve

Gitlab's maven repository feature enable us to push artifacts to private gitlab maven repository under Packages sections but once the artifacts are pushed there is no way to download the artifacts from gitlab dashboard

Currently it only shows the meta information about the artifacts

Proposal

One possible solution could be to have clickable artifact package or inside the artifact package having download button
