Related issues no longer shows list of related issues, only increments count on badge

Summary

When marking an issue as related to another issue the link and summary of related issues is no longer being displayed, the only action being rendered is to increment the related issues badge.

Steps to reproduce

Click to add a related issue, submit the issue, and look as there is no summary of related issues.

What is the current bug behavior?

Related issues no longer display summary of related issues with links to the individual issues.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Display a summary of issues related after they have been associated with links to the individual issues.
