Issue board switcher has blue border on focus

Steps to reproduce

  • go to issue boards
  • open switch board dropdown (only available in EE)
  • click and drag dropdown item

What is the current bug behavior?

focused dropdown item shows blue border:

What is the expected correct behavior?

no blue border

Possible fixes

This style probably comes directly from Bootstrap, so we need to override it.
