Summary

Karma tests for rendering title and sub-title in dashboard component fail intermittently (flaky).

Steps to reproduce

I haven't been able to reproduce it locally. Re-running https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/-/jobs/116014104 a few times might be an option

Pipeline fails intermittently

What is the expected correct behavior?

Pipeline passes every time
