Geo Admin Area: Search bar
Problem to solve
There is no way to search for specific project from the Admin > Geo > Projects screen.
Proposal
Add a search bar according to the mockup below, and take current tab as a filter. Code should look similar to how it's done in Admin > Projects.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
We should be able to search for specific projects, taking current tab as a filter. So if a project exists but is not displayed in a specific tab (ex: Failed) we should not display it.
