Discussion thread in board

We want a board to be the central place for them activity to happen. One thing that is currently missing is the ability to have free form conversation. In particular, this would be relevant in a board context planning work to be done in the next milestone, capacity conversations, and assignments. Feature-specific and implementation-specific conversations should remain on issues and mrs. But broader conversations about project management should happen in the board itself. Essentially taking some of the existing conversation in Slack and transferring it to a board.

Design

Some type of mechanism where the discussion thread slides out from the side. So you can still see part of the board, and so you can conversate but still interact with the board as necessary.
