Group count wrong on admin page after upgrade
We moved our Gitlab installation to a new server using the rake backup/restore commands and then enabled our Enterprise license on the new server. At some point in this process the Group count shown on the admin page changed. On the old server, we had 852 users and 51 groups. The new server is showing 852 users and 903 groups - 903 is 852+51, so it seems like something got messed up either in the rake backup/restore or when we added the enterprise license.
I found another issue about group numbers being wrong, but it seems like theirs was a random number and ours isn't random. I tried clearing the cache anyway and it didn't help.
