Issue export preserves sort order
Problem to solve
Currently, exporting issues to .csv sorts by Issue ID. Any custom order set by clicking and dragging to rearrange issues is lost.
I would like the order to be kept as I use this as a prioritised task list. Exporting issues to csv lets me quickly email a list of my current tasks to a project manager or product owner, or print out for discussion with the team away from a screen. By preserving the sort order (priority list) I don't have to do any further processing after exporting the issues.
This functionality appears to be available via the API already - it would be nice to have the sort order exposed via csv as well.
The CSV data will be consumed by an email to external project stakeholders, updating them on progress and priorities.
Include a 'sort_order' type column on the csv export of issues, based on the issues.sort "desc" API function.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
CSV exports include info on the sort list of issues.
