Mirror authentication has no "username" field

Summary

The changes in this issue have added a "Password" drop down but there is no "Username" dropdown.

This is confusing for users, are they supposed to put username:password into this password field when using http authentication?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Project > Settings > Repository > Mirroring repositories

  2. Add HTTP URL

  3. Select "Pull"

  4. Password

Possible fixes

Rename dialogue box, update documentation or add a new dialogue box.
