Add time tracking to related issues panel
Description
Currently the related issues panel displays just a linked title & state of the issue.
Adding time tracking to the related issues panel gives us a better understanding of the related effort for an issue.
Proposal
Display time tracking for related issues panel.
If this adds too much noise, there could be a global & repo level setting for displaying time tracking on related issues.
