Cannot display approve merge requests in IE11

What is the current bug behavior?

Cannot display approve merge requests in IE11,old version Chrome
cosole error log : e.off(...).affix is not a function
I cannot upload pics and more logs because of no internet connect

What is the expected correct behavior?

normally display approve merge requests in IE11 and old version Chrome
