Support horizontal web terminal and job traces in the Web IDE

We are adding a web terminal to the Web IDE, and initially it will be a vertical panel on the right. We should support having it horizontal at the bottom, so using portrait shaped browser (e.g. 1/3 screen on a 4K ultra-wide screen) works nicely too.
