Show Security Dashboard as the default project overview content
Description
Security Dashboard for a specific project can be considered as an option when choosing the project overview content in user settings.
Every time users visit a project, the Security Dashboard is displayed. This could be helpful for security teams that mainly deal with it.
Proposal
Add an option in User Settings > Preferences > Behavior > Project overview content to set Security Dashboard at project level.
