"Approved" is confusing / wrong wording in merge request widget

When an MR is approved by some, but not by person X, it shows on the widget "Approved" with person X next to it. This is very confusing, as person X has not approved this MR.

Case in point: the MR below has not been approved by me. I can add my approval, but it's very strange that next to that button it says "Approved" with my picture next to it.

Proposal

Make the status message more descriptive and add a help icon, to better communicate the context to the user

User has approved	User can approve additionally
Copy: Merge request approved	Copy: Merge request approved; you can approve additionally
