Support GitHub.com and one or more GHE instances at the same time

Description
When enterprises use GitHub Enterprise, they often use GitHub.com too, sometimes just for their open source work, but for other reasons too. Also, a lot of large enterprises have multiple GHE instances. While that's less common, it does come up. It's awesome that we support using GitLab CI/CD with GitHub, but it appears that we can only support GitHub.com or a GHE instance, but not both. We should definitely let you connect to both, and we should consider supporting multiple GHE instances.
