Link GitLab merge request and commits to TFS work item

• Configure/specify a TFS project in a GitLab project.
• When you paste a link to TFS work item in a GitLab merge request, that automatically renders a styled link to the TFS work item, similar to the GitLab-Jira integration.
• The navigation of the GitLab project has an additional TFS work items navigation menu. When you click on it, it goes to the TFS work items.
