Repository mirroring settings panel triggers browser autocomplete

When I view the "Pull From a Remote Repository" setting panel, I've noticed it will attempt to auto-fill my username and password in Safari (and presumably other browsers) due to the way the inputs are named.

This is likely not going to be useful to anybody, and may be quite confusing/annoying. I'd suggest we rename the inputs so as not to trigger browser auto-fill features.
