Connect Issue comment thread (for service desk) to non gitlab user
I use service desk from our app to collect bugs and feature requests. Many times a customer will leave feedback that requires me to ask an additional question, or let them know their feature was implemented. There are many reasons we'd want to communicate a service desk ticket with the person who placed the ticket.
It would be best if we could attach an email so that comments on that ticket get sent to the email attached. And responses to that email would come back as comments.
