Servicedesk - Forwarded Mail Body gets cut off when sending mail to service desk
Summary
When a user forwards an email from the inbox to our service desk the mail body gets cut off in the created issue. The only text that remains in the issue description is "Forwarded Message:"
Steps to reproduce
- Forward email with message body to helpdesk email address
- See forwarded emails body not appear in issue description
What is the current bug behavior?
The email body gets cut off.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The forwarded message content should appear as quoted text in the issues description.
