enhancement for "approver" role of merge requests

I'm an Entreprise Edition customer and in our dev team, we use gitlab capability to manage "approver" and "assignee" roles for merge requests. Sometimes merge request stay open for a while because no "approver" approve the merge request (and assignee wait this approval to go ahead). The notification e-mail was not immediately processing by approver and then forgotten. For approver there is no easy way to know that he is the blocking point for merge request workflow. Approver has to scan all pending merge request of all project to have this information. But, usually in our organisation, the initiator of merge request send an email to ask again approver to work on pending merge request

A more efficient way, could be 1/ in my "merge requests" view, add a "pending for approvers" tab Content of this tab will be all open merge requests where I was choosen as approvers by the initiator and when the merge request is "waiting for approver" state

2/ also add a button name "notify again approvers" in merge request to send again an email to approvers defined for this merge request and ask for feedback and approval
