Admin users automatically being reverted back to regular users
Summary
I've changed users from regular users to admin users, and then over the course of the day or by the next day the user is reverted back to a regular user.
Steps to reproduce
Edit user account, select 'admin', then save. Check the account later that day or following day and accounts is once again a regular use.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Users selected as admins should stay that way.
