Improve Welcome Screen layout
The existing welcome screen for GitLab EE takes up a crazy amount of vertical space as can be seen below. It takes over 1,000 pixels of vertical space to view all items.
Proposal
- Make the actions (Create user etc...) take up horizontal space rather than vertical
- Change the actions to:
- Create a user
- Create a group
- Create a project
- Include a smaller link in the actions to "Configure your server"
- The promotion to start a trial should appear underneath the actions
Please note that the changes should also be in CE, without the Trial promotion.
