Group listing not displaying in "Share With Group" drop-down

Summary

Listing of available groups not displaying well in the "Select a group to share with" drop-down. Reproduced on EE 9.4.3 and 9.4.4 but failed to reproduce on GitLab.com.

What is the current bug behavior?

Drop-down doesn't display available groups. It appears to be cutoff.

Reproduce

  1. Create a group/s
  2. Create a private project
  3. Go to /{group}/{project-name}/project_members
  4. Select drop-down to share the recently created group
