Idea

Summary of failed jobs for a given branch/ref, similar to failed jobs page for an individual pipeline.

Might need UX research to find a better solution. Maybe running CI pre-merge could reduce red master branch enough this isn't needed. Or automatically highlighting failures which have repeated somehow.

Why

When a series of commits have failed, it is hard to judge if they are related. Has one commit broken things causing a series of the same errors? Have various fixes solved one problem each but introduced others? Are tests intermittent, with some frequently reoccurring?
