Add help desk to EES
Description
The problem with EES is simple: It's not easy to use for open source projects. Personally, i want to use GitLab as a way to distribute my opensource projects, because i believe in free software. I wanted to support GitLab financially, so it can produce new features as fast and good as ever. But, if someone uses my software, there is no way they can use GitLab, and if they can't use GitLab, then it's hard for me to use GitLab to support my users.
Proposal
I propose that help desk is merged into EES, so that external users can send issues to the server, which would help GitLab using open source projects, without having to rely on either GitHub, were the necessary userbase is given, or having to setup weird own email services.
