Graph history of pipeline durations
Description
Large teams depend on the speed of their CI/CD pipelines to ensure developer productivity. Admins, IT teams, and our own Edge team want to observe the change in pipeline duration over time to see if things are getting worse, or to monitor their progress as they make improvements.
