When someone as marked as a required approver for a merge request, an email should be sent

Feature request from customer.
Right now the only way to make an approver aware that he is a required approver on a merge request is to mention him in the comments.
An email should be sent once the user is selected.
To me it seems like a needed addition to the approvers feature.
