Requested feature
Customer would like to be able export a list of issues to CSV or PDF. This is his reasoning:
From previous experience with Redmine, it is extremely helpful to be able to take a list of issues and export them to PDF or CSV. This allows the list to be used for many different purposes. For example, one of our projects has weekly user stand-ups and it would be nice to export and send or email this week's list of top issues for discussion.
Proposal

Add an export button at the top of the issue list, as seen on the design below -
A modal appears saying that we will prepare the CSV and send it by email (default primary email) -
The export format is CSV -
The export contains all the issues based on the current selected filters -
Send the email containing the CSV -
Restrict the Download button to project members -
Make sure the job that creates the CSV and does not kill production db
