Cannot create epic from the Epics > Roadmap page if previously an epic was not created from Epics > List page
Steps to reproduce
Go to group > Epics > Roadmap > New Epic, set some title, click Create Epic
.
What is the current bug behavior?
Creation of the epic fails with Error creating epic
(see the screenshot below)
What is the expected correct behavior?
Creation of the epic should be completed successfully.

Possible fixes
Seems that the problem is that roadmap does not exist when we're trying to create an epic from Roadmap page. If we create an epic from List page, the roadmap is automatically created, and later it is possible to create epics from both pages.
