Define number of days in a week and number of hours in a day with Time Tracking

Description

At the moment we provide smart defaults to Time Tracking. 1 week is 5 days, 1 day is 8 hours.

Proposal

Companies would like to be able to customize those variables, which are countries and culture dependant.
