'Dashboards' dropdown button is missing the chevron (app header)

Summary

The issue https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/10488 added a dropdown button for the various dashboards in the app header. Clicking the 'speedometer' icon should trigger a dropdown. Currently, this button is not displaying the chevron icon to indicate it will trigger a dropdown.

Steps to reproduce

1. On gitlab.com, look for the speedometer icon in the app header.
