Approval Rules error

Hi,

We are using the latest gitlab 11.10.4-ee on Ubuntu 16.04.

In most Projects if we go into Setting -> General we see an error message;

"An error occurred fetching the approval rules"

A previous post stated that this would be fixed in 11.10.1, but it still persists.
