Epic API missing `web_url` field
Problem to solve
This is a really helpful field for any kind of scripting so that the API consumer can easily print a link to the epic in the Web UI. Without this the client must manually create this information
This information is available in the Issues API.
Proposal
Add web_url (string) field to the Epics API
Adding that field could potentially create a N+1 query, for more information check: #11241 (comment 217819177)
