Comment draft is not cleared after submitting review / batch comments

Steps to reproduce

• start a review on a merge request discussion
• finish review
• start a new reply on the discussion

What is the current bug behavior?

The draft of the submitted comment is still visible.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The comment field is empty.

Possible fixes

This seems to be a regression from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/25563.

The browser console shows the following error:

TypeError: "t.resetAutoSave is not a function"
